Jen Argo NREMT-P, E-RYT 200, YACEP

Owner Co-Founder of BLU PY

Health, healing and fitness have always been a passion in my life. As a paramedic in Colorado and a triathlete in my 20's I can honestly say I was a true adrenaline junky. I started taking yoga class sporadically as a way to improve my performance and aid recovery after sustaining hip and back injuries. At the time, yoga was a tool and not a way of life. In 2013 I moved to the Island of Dominica, it changed my life. I was introduced to yoga all over again and fell in love. The sea, mountains and yoga brought with it a healing from within and a peace I did not even realize existed... or I needed! Mind, body and spirit.

After returning stateside to Atlanta, I received my RYT 200 teacher training certificate in 2016 under Becky Nickerson and have incorporated yoga as a way of life. I have spent the bulk of my teaching in the Atlanta area at Sweet Tea yoga and have taught at Crossfit gyms and locally in Palm City. I teach a hot dynamic breath to movement power vinyasa flow with creative transitions and a focus on strength, mobility and yogic philosophy. Prepare to sweat and be challenged!

Outside of the studio, I am a mother of 5, and avid nature enthusiast. Lover of the sun, hiking, diving, paddle boarding, camping... all things outdoors and Latin dance.

Russell Singson NREMT-P

Owner Co-Founder of BLU PY

A South Florida native, lifelong athlete, and co-founder of Blue Power Yoga. With a background as a firefighter paramedic and professional diver, he brings a calm, safety-first presence and strong leadership into every space he’s part of.

His passion for movement has taken many forms over the years—from breakdancing and Latin dance to skateboarding—and has more recently evolved into a dedicated yoga practice. Focused on strength, mobility and connection he has dove into a robust Ashtanga practice.

A father of four, Russell is deeply connected to the coastal lifestyle. When he’s not teaching or training, you’ll likely find him in the water—diving, fishing, or creating—drawn to the same sense of flow and freedom he brings to the mat.

Holly Lewis 200H CYT, Baptiste level 1

My journey with movement began through classical Pilates, training with All American Pilates in Palm Beach Gardens and teaching throughout South Florida, North Carolina, and Indiana.

Over time, I felt called to go deeper, and that path led me to Baptiste Yoga. I completed my teacher training through Fire & Flow Yoga in Carmel, Indiana, alongside my daughter—an experience that was both meaningful and transformative.

My classical background continues to be such a valuable balance to my yoga practice. I’m a stickler for building true functional strength—especially through the hips and core—so we can move with more stability, freedom, and confidence both on and off the mat.

For me, yoga is the connection of breath, body, presence, and POSSIBILITY! I’m deeply grateful to be back in Florida and so excited to be teaching at BLU Yoga. It feels incredibly special to share this practice here, and I look forward to meeting you on the mat!

Jess Bellofatto 500 CYT

Jess has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 30 years. A former longtime studio owner in East Hampton, NY, Jess has taught thousands of students through classes, private sessions, teacher trainings, retreats and her signature paddleboard yoga programs.

Deeply rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, Jess weaves dynamic movement with pranayama, chanting, mantra, meditation, yogic philosophy and skillful hands-on adjustments to create an experience that reaches far beyond the physical practice.

Her classes are strong, soulful and intentionally immersive — equal parts movement, breath, music, ancient wisdom and magic.

Come prepared to move, sweat, breathe, chant, feel, connect — and leave a little different than you arrived

More grounded.

More alive.

More present in your body.

And perhaps a little more connected to the part of yourself that existed before the noise of the outside world got so loud.

This is yoga as a full experience — movement, breath, touch, sound, wisdom, connection and soul.

Come as you are.

Move. Breathe. Chant. Feel.

And experience the magic of the practice.

Belong, Laugh loudly, Unwind

Charles Barone III, CYT 500-hr

Charlie began his yoga journey more than 25 years ago, with an early foundation in gymnastics that first introduced him to the discipline, strength, and precision of physical practice. He later completed an intensive 500-hour teacher training at the renowned Kripalu Center in Massachusetts, establishing a foundation for continued study in yoga, massage therapy, Ayurveda, and complementary approaches to movement and wellness.

Over the years, Charles has pursued additional training across both Eastern and Western traditions, gradually developing an integrative teaching style shaped as much by experience as formal study. Having taught in studios across the country, he brings a broad perspective to the practice while remaining attentive to the individual needs and abilities of each student.

His classes blend thoughtful alignment, strength, mobility, and breath with an appreciation for yoga as something deeper than physical technique alone. His approach is grounded and engaged, encouraging students to explore both the intelligence of the body and the quieter dimensions of practice.

At BLU Power Yoga, Charles is grateful to contribute to a community he deeply values. He believes the true character of any studio is found in its people, and he approaches each class as an opportunity to offer his full attention, experience, and presence to the practice they share.
